o Create scripts / alerts that support the business operating procedures
o Actively participate in the identification, prioritization and implementation of business available through the SAP CRM system.
o Work with users and other team members to solve application and operational problems in a timely and efficient manner.
o Plan and assist with the testing of end-to-end scenarios to verify end-user use, based on workflow.
o Work with users selected to conduct user acceptance testing, making script changes to support correction to issues found during testing.
o Work with the documentation team to complete all appropriate documentation required.o Translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to SAP to coordinate and assist with the detailed technical design tasks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
o Previous SAP CRM / scripting experienceo Knowledge of the functionality provided by SAP ECCo Minimum 2 years experience with SAP / CRM scriptingo Ability to understand and organize large and complex tasks
o Excellent written and oral communication skillso Ability to think outside of the box when completing assignments
o Works in a close team environment
EDUCATION4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSTravel may be necessary to work with CRM team members.
