SAP Event Manager (EM) is part of the SAP SCM suite and is used for event tracking and historic event management across the global supply chain. Our client is specifically using it today for alerts and status message tracking from carriers (trucking companies). The clients' customer service team counts on EM for shipment tracking logs. Ultimately, they will use EM to not only track but to compare expected results with real results and build benchmarks for future activities. Senior SCM consultant with a proven track record of success doing hands-on EM work for multiple clients. **(2) Two client references required with submittal.**
