\Ability to document the Standards and Processes definitions, architecture diagrams and documentations; Documentation of reusable components, web services and other shared environment, API's etc. soild understanding of either JAVA or C#/.Net and Oracle/SQL databases
Should have good background on developing, writing and publishing technical documentations and standards.
Some documentation of UML digrams and use of Enterprise Architect to create process flows required.
