Job Description
Work through a backlog of HR and e-recruitment work and enhancements packages
Work closely and guide the business users in both HR and Accounting
Manage 4 - 5 full-time employee resources (Junior HR Analyst, Developers, HRIS Analyst) and perform hands on Functional / Configuration work on the e-recruitment module
Environment: Basic 6.0 install
Client prefers a resource that can work 5 days per week and is local but is realistic and will definitely consider any qualified consultant that requires a 4 day work per week

Required Skills:
Must have hands on configuration experience with e-recruiting
Must have PM or at a minimum Lead experience (managing/directing team members) as this position is a hands on PM.
Must have the necessary soft skills to effectively deal with a non technical HR staff
Organizational Management experience is required
Employee training experience is required
Experience managing a qualification catalogue is a nice to have
Must have exceptional communication skills
