Application Developer with solid experience with Visual Basic /DB2/Oracle at NYC, NY for 12 months contract

The candidate must have 3-5 years experience in implementing billing and rate related applications using Oracle's SPL World/CC&B (Customer Care and Billing).
The candidate must have strong writing and communications skills.
Visual Basic and DB2 application development are required.

Assignment
The candidate will be required to evaluate our existing suite of off-system billing applications.
The candidate will make recommendations regarding how these applications can be converted and implemented into the CC&B environment
