? A minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration. ? Experience with Unix and High Availability solutions management and performance diagnostic? Experience with backup and storage systems ? Experience and knowledge with TCP/IP networks and network performance? Good knowledge of Windows Server Administration. ? Experience and knowledge of Business Intelligence tools ? SAS, Business Objects, Cognos, DBMS ? Oracle, Teradata, DB2 and JAVA application deployment and JVM performance optimization, is an advantage? Ability to interact with others and able to work efficiently within a team and with any other teams? Ability to analyze business partners and users needs? Capacity to analyze and summarize? Ability to follow instructions and best practices? Ability to design, develop and document guide lines and processes related to system management? Autonomous, motivated, structured and organized? Capacity to work under pressure and to be on-call to support 24/7 operations
