Seeking a senior Web Focus Developer.

Responsibilities would include:

Support and maintain current WebFOCUS reporting environment Create new WebFOCUS Reports and enhance existing reports. Document report request in the form of Functional and Technical specifications Perform UNIT testing to insure completeness and quality of reports. Assist testing team in the development of test cases based on the report requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Advanced, proven technical skills in Web Focus development skills in a NON-Developer Studio environment. Prefer candidate with core FOCUS language, comfortable with editing code outside of IBI developer tools. Ability to modify HTML/javascript self server application a plus. Hands on implementation of WebFOCUS Graphing and PDF formatting also a plus. Working knowledge of complex SQL is required, DB2 is preferred. Team coding methodology is to write passthru SQL to gather data directly from database and then use WebFOCUS to reformat and output report. Must have the ability to take Functional report requirements and use query tools to understand data and turn them into Technical report specifications.
