Role:- Support, maintain, install, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems within the Windows Environment- Participate in large-scale projects that span multiple teams.

Required Skills and Experience:- 5+ years experience managing Windows Operating Systems on Windows 2000/2003 platforms- Active directory experience/training- Familiar with DHCP, WINS, DNS, along with networking/TCP/IP protocols- Perl Scripting- Demonstrable Troubleshooting skills- Strong customer support/interaction skills- MCSE Certification (Must)
