PLANT MANAGER – 8+ Years of Exp
The Plant Manager is responsible for directing, leading, and managing all plant activities in a manner commensurate with World Class Manufacturing methodologies.
He is specifically responsible for the key areas of health & safety, environment, quality, customer service, and production efficiency. He is also responsible for managing company resources to continuously improve performance, reduce operating costs generating increased profit potential.Key Accountabilities
1. Entire Plant activities & Administration - To ensure all subordinates are fully briefed, counseled, trained and developed to meet department and business objectives.2. Production manager is responsible for planning, co-ordination and control of production processes.
The production manager ensures that goods and services are produced efficiently; that they are of the right quality, quantity, and cost; and that they are produced on time, to the satisfaction of the customer.• drawing up a production schedule;

The role will be to take responsibility for planning, budgeting and reporting and implementing, managing and evaluating the various financial activities and functions. The manager will oversee general accounting, financial systems, internal and external auditing activities.
The candidate shall be professionally qualified chartered accountant or with a master’s degree in commerce or finance from a recognized university. The candidate shall have a minimum of 10 years work experience, demonstrable leadership and management skills and expertise. The candidate shall have experience in an ERP environment.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Maintain of stock register and the entire store records. Complete record of daily incoming and outgoing of materials.
Keep materials in proper order and arrange them according to requirements.
Issuance of materials to ACP factory and other divisions
Keep record of issued panels on complete details such as: color, thickness, size etc.
Giving instruction to yard personnel regarding the stock flow
Verifying packing and dispatching process
Update the stock of raw material (coil, adhesive film, protective film, LDPE) and inform Purchase department for the needs.
Observe safety and health regulations; maintain warehouse and storage areas.
Operating and assisting with the operation of packaging equipment to wrap stock for storage or sales presentation
Counting, assembling, collating or other activities necessary to prepare stock for wrapping
Assisting Packaging Coordinator with the completion of routine paperwork
Assisting with the gathering and assembling of material used for projects
Supervise staff loading and unloading merchandise; checks accuracy of orders being shipped to Customers, Projects, and Contracts etc; and operates and supervises the operation of vehicles in the transportation and delivery of orders to items.
