Summary:

IT project management for the Mercury project which consists of multiple work streams across multiple Healthcare businesses. Project Description: Customer Feedback tool using Clarify with customer Web Portal as well as bi-directional interfaces with 3 existing Complaint systems. Manage, coordinate, and communicate among IT Applications resources as well as Healthcare Sector IT contacts. Objective is to join this in‑progress project to allow for timely delivery within scope and budget.



Details:

Project planning and management:

* Utilize standard Philips IT Project methodology

* Ensure complete and comprehensive schedule is current, communicated, and executed.

* Work closely / directly with ITA Portfolio Execution Manager & SIT Program Manager.



Project execution:

* Monitor execution against project plans to ensure that all deliverables / phases are completed

* Monitor the completion of various deliverables and retention within the Project SharePoint site

* Monitor/maintain resources and overall costs (utilize Clarity)

* Work with various ITA CG partners to ensure successful execution.

* People direction/management – lead project staff as required; provide day to day management, leverage technical expertise from ITA CG partners



Status and issue management:

* Monitor, track, escalate project issues and conflicts; report to appropriate IT management

* Communication – escalations, issues

* Provide to ITA, SIT and Healthcare Business leadership routine status reporting and team report-outs



Experience:

* Project management experience in multiple projects, history of successful projects

* Concurrent projects/work streams across multiple businesses

* Experience with multi-region projects

* Healthcare / Regulatory / Life Science experience

* SAP or other ERP experience (discuss)
* Experience with fast-paced and changing work, project environment.

* Experience with business process convergence is desirable

* Excellent communication skills at all levels of organization

* Excellent project planning and management skills

* Bonus would be experience with following tools: Clarify, Trackwise, TeamTrack, Clearquest





2 – Project Integration Manager



Location: Bothell , WA (Seattle)

Need date: immediate, must be on board by January 5, 2009 for handoff

Duration: 6 months +





Summary:

Manage at activity and task level across several parallel work streams on large, multi-function SAP migration program. Work areas will include IT integration issue resolution, landscape setup & management, user access management, IT change execution management, ensure proper issue management and escalation in all areas), User Acceptance Test (UAT) test tracking/reporting/ execution, and deployment activity planning and execution.



Manage, coordinate, and communicate amongst teams and with IT teams inside as well as outside of the project, and across geographies. Must have excellent coordination and communication skills, both in a group setting and a 1:1 setting.



This position reports to overall IT program manager. Requires mid-level project manager experience. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, project -management-doer role with focus on activities as broad as UAT coordination and also at a detailed task level.



Must be IT-savvy but does not need to be from a purely technical IT background.

* Monitor and track project issues and conflicts; report to appropriate IT program management

* Provide input for management escalations

* Communication – project activity reporting, management summaries, issues and issue resolution

* Status reporting



Experience

* Project management experience in multiple programs and projects

* Experience with concurrent projects across multiple work streams

* Supply chain experience desirable

* SAP or other ERP experience desirable
* Experience with and able to manage successfully in fast-paced and changing work, program and project environment.

* Excellent communication skills at all levels of organization

* Must be a problem solver

* Excellent project planning and management skills.

* Ability to get things done, resolve obstacles

* Ability to escalate appropriately and effectively.





3 – Project Integration Manager



Location: Andover

Need date: immediate

Duration: through June 2009, potentially thru Q3



Summary:

Overall IT project management across multiple work streams and multiple Healthcare businesses (3-4 concurrent projects, with parallel tracks and different deployment dates). Manage, coordinate, and communicate amongst teams and with other IT teams and IT stakeholders (PMCC and Sector PMI).



Ensure complete and comprehensive schedule is established, communicated, and executed. SAP-based implementations.



Deliver overall, coordinated program and ensure delivery on each discrete project.

* Program and project planning with multiple work streams; able to coordinate, and converge as needed, individual projects into overall program.

* Work closely/directly with overall program manager.



Project execution:

* Monitor execution against program and project plans to ensure that all phases are completed.

* Monitor/maintain resources and overall costs, and advise.

* Work cross-functionally with other IT partners on cross project aspects to ensure successful execution.

* Work closely with the sponsors on program and project(s) execution, status, and communications



Status and issue management:

* Monitor, track, escalate project issues and conflicts; report to appropriate IT management

* Communication –escalations, issues

* Status reporting



Experience

* Program management experience in multiple programs and projects

* Concurrent projects across multiple businesses

* Experience with multi-region programs and projects.
