Develops software programs of a complex nature, including operating systems, applications, and/or network products for external customer use. Designs and performs analysis on moderately complex programs and systems. Contributes to the development of processes and methodology. Assists in the development of assignments and schedules.Global Service Automation (GSA), is focused on providing Microsoft Customers with excellent self-help solutions and online services. We are responsible for delivering online support infrastructure for all Microsoft products big and small for millions of users across the globe. We’re at the beginning of the process to improving our framework that facilitates online support services (http://support.microsoft.com) . You can be part of the team which focus on Online Incident Management Position Description: We looking for a Software Design Engineer to help new develop code and fixing known issues on the site. You will work on the evolutionary change adapting the front-end for changes happening on the back-end. Help launch the next generation of MS’ vital On-Line Support Services.
