Job Description:
Develops software programs of a complex nature, including operating systems, applications and/or network products for external use. Develops project plans, functional specifications and schedules for these products. Designs and performs analysis on complex programs and systems. Assists in determining product requirements and enhancements.

Looking for very strong UI developer as the team currently as no one. Very strong chance of going full time permanent later. The adCenter Display Ads Platform team is looking for a talented, highly motivated Software Engineer to help us design and improve our AdExpert application User Interface. AdExpert is one of the core components of DAP enabling Advertising Sales team to book Orders for the Advertisers via Web interfaces accessible over Internet/Intranet. The application has a mix of Web and Winform components. We are looking for developers who are passionate about working on user interface code.

Bonus skills:
Middle Tier, SPROCS, C# as a language is a must have, localization

Required: Required expertise in Web technologies using ASP.NET, C#, HTML/DHTML, Jscript/VBScript, AJAX , XML
Strong User Interface coding skills, programming with various third party controls, UI events, Winform, asynchronous calls, threads, debugging and troubleshooting UI issues
Highly desirable: Working knowledge of Web Services and SQL Databases General Skills: This position requires knowledge of software product development processes (design, engineering, and deployment). You must also be able to understand the business requirements and successfully map these to an elegant solution.
Highly customer focused, highly motivated, a self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrated success working in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguous problems; and the ability to independently make solid progress when the solution is not well defined.
A very strong analytical background
This position will require a significant collaboration with other disciplines, hence effective written and oral communication skills are required. You must be capable of documenting your own design and code.
This position requires a BS, MS or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 3+ years of Software Industry experience.
