Client is looking for Consultants local to the bay area ONLY

So, we are seeking candidates for this project. The start date is Jan 2nd 2009.
The location is the Bay area CA, and the duration can be between 6 months to a year .
The client prefers consultants local to the bay area ONLY as there will be a face to face interview.
Interviews are expected to start Mid- Dec and if all goes well the project will commence in Jan 2nd.
We do not have any detailed job description at this stage but the role and responsibilities are typical of what the title indicates.

d) Visa status ( H1 GC or citizen)
