1. Excellent functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS 2. Expertise in requirement analysis of the business processes, gap analysis, planning & implementation Core HR, SSHR.3. Involved in at least 3-4 life cycle ERP implementations.4. Experience in defining application strategy, design, development and deployment of HR processes.5. Excellent communication and customer facing skills. Confident communicator, written and verbal with good documentation ability.6. Able to prioritize work to achieve deadlines, be adaptable and proactive with a positive attitude to resolving problems.
