Proficient in .NET – ASP.NET 2.0, C#, J#, SQL, Microsoft Enterprise LibraryExperience in .NET Framework components – MVP, MVC, building ASPX/ASMX/ASHX components etcMicrosoft Certified Professional (desirable)Expert in enabling technologies – XML, NHibernate, NUnit, MSBuild etc
Able to work in Windows environmentsSolid understanding of software engineering methodologies including agile methodologiesCode clearly and maintain consistency; code well documented with minimal bugs and errors Proven ability to take leadership in researching and implementing creative technology solutionsTime management and consistent focus on quality

Responsibilities : Perform code reviews; adhere to coding standardsMentor Web Developers and Software Engineers in technical skillsWork with other departments to ensure quality and timely deliveryIntegrate individual work into an efficient and where possible re-usableUnderstand importance of Client Delivery and work within the delivery deadlines
