Description
At least 6 plus years in SAP ABAP programming with strong applied knowledge for the design, development and implementation of business processes and interfaces in SAP R/3 and SAP CRM
Ø Object oriented ABAP skills are highly desirable
Ø Four plus years in ABAP development in SAP CRM with most recent experience in CRM 5.0 and above
Ø Experience in LSMW, EEWB,ALE/IDOC, BAPI/RFC, BADI, User exits, BDC, BDT is a MUST
Ø Expertise in configuration, development and maintenance of SAP Business workflow and business objects.
Ø Sound knowledge of SAP Workflow builder and workflow wizards
Ø Expertise in configuring workflow manager, event manager, work item manager
Ø Experience in ALE/IDOC, BAPI/RFC, BADI, User exits is a MUST
Ø Strong Knowledge of organization structure in SAP R/3 and SAP CRM is a MUST
Ø Must understand functionality provided in SAP CRM-ISA/IPC: SAP J2EE Engine, JSP, JCO.
Ø Must be familiar with interface concepts using middleware.
Ø Must understand concepts of Web Application Server and Business Server Page (BSP) functionality.


Ø Knowledge of CRM architecture & data model.
Ø Exposure to modules SAP ERP modules will be a plus
Ø Must be familiar with the SAP Java development environment. That is, the Netweaver Developer Studio (NWDS) and Netweaver Development Infrastructure (NWDI). This would include knowledge of J2EE and Web Dynpro.
Ø Java development skills a plus
Ø Good knowledge of SAP CRM business processes like quotation, order etc is a MUST
Ø Knowledge of master data elements line Business partners, Product Master, Organizational structure and Pricing
Ø Experience with Smartform development
Ø Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:


Ø Develop technical specifications, coding, testing, and documentation.
Ø Perform data mapping, data cleansing/conversion
Ø Data migration from legacy systems and spreadsheets to SAP CRM
Ø Create custom fields in CRM, enhance middleware object to integrate with SAP R/3.
Ø Implements user exits to meet specific business requirements around validations of business rules etc for activity, opportunity and quotation
Ø Enhancements to ISA application, Product Catalog, Quotation and Order management, EEW, CRM BADIs, Product Configuration (Variant configuration), CRM Pricing, IPC and replication of custom pricing tables from R/3, and action management.
Ø Develop custom reports and interfaces for data load
Ø Provide support and maintenance for program modifications, debugging, problem solving
Ø Configure workflow events, activity/task, work item, Agents, templates and roles
Ø Integration of SAP workflow with organizational structure
Ø Develop custom workflow to meet specific business requirements that cannot be accomplished thru’ standard SAP delivered workflows
Ø Formatting Emails content with dynamic URLs
Ø Investigation and troubleshooting of workflow problems
