Description: Senior ESS/MSS AnalystWe are currently seeking individuals for our SAP HCM SoftwareDevelopment Team who will bring their exceptional skills, experience, energy andwillingness to roll-up their sleeves and do the best job possible. REQUIRED SKILLS: At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing ESS / MSS HRfunctionality* A minimum of 2 SAP ESS / MSS implementation projects with * 2 yearsof practical experience in an SAP consulting or professional servicescapacity utilizing implementation methodology** Practical experience utilizing established methodology and toolsetsin at least 2 projects* Demonstrated success in a consulting atmosphere: informationgathering, needs assessment, analysis, proposal, design, delivery, go-live.Minimum of 2 years of professional services experiencePREFERRED SKILLS: * Understanding of HR configuration or experience in functional role * Experience with BSP, Web Dynpro for ABAP, ALE and IDocs, NetweaverXI, J2EE.* Expreience with SAP ECC 6.0 * Experience leading and managing small modules and teams in at least 2end to end SAP implementations * Ability to mentor other developers on the team EDUCATION: * BS or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
