Skills Required:





10+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies as a developer and / or architect



7+ years of .Net experience in C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, COM with at least 2+ years experience using .NET 3.0/3.5 frameworks (including Windows Communication Foundation and Workflow Foundation)



Experience as a Lead Architect on two or more large scale (5000+ users) web based system development projects



Experience with Web services, XML, and MS Enterprise library (3.1 or higher)



Experience with tools like Nunit, Nant, FXCop, XMLSpy,



Experience coding for performance and understands performance tuning concepts



Understands how to configure and monitor Windows Server (SCOM/MOM), IIS, Network Switches, ActiveDirectory, and Load Balancer



Oracle 10g experience



BS in computer science (MS preferred)



Microsoft Certifications preferred not required



Proven communication and teamwork skills



Preference given to candidate with Microsoft BizTalk Server experience



Preference given to candidate with government human services / Child Care project experience
