Required Skills:



Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in hardware and helpdesk support.



Analyst must have strong knowledge of Windows XP, MS Office, Lotus Notes and Cisco VPN.



Must be experienced in supporting remote clients using remote desktop utilities.



Tech must also be knowledgeable of Windows Active Directory structure and AD user rights.



Tech must also have a minimum of 2 years of experience with administrating Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) and Blackberry support.



Experience with supporting wireless cards is plus.



May have some light traveling
