Description: Required Skills

· A minimum of three years of solid Flash development and design experience with an emphasis on development.
· A minimum of three years of solid Flash IDE and Actionscript development experience with strong XML programming experience · HTML and XML programming experience · Experience with media players · Experience streaming video and audio (preferably with Akamai) · Experience with charting data in an interactive and engaging manner · Experience with web analytics (preferably Omniture Site Catalyst) · Experience with modeling interactive site navigation pattern · FLEX/FLEX 2.0 experience is a plus · AIR experience is plus · Ability to strategically architect re-usable components · Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines, learn software quickly, and willingness to · Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and research skills · Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines, learn software quickly, and willingness to keep up with internet technology · Strong communication skills and service orientation · Ability to work independently and in a team environment
