Technical Support Client server /Dot Net

The Senior Application Developer/ Analyst will be required to develop
a technical knowledgebase of the JEFIS Attorney Filer application in
order to provide technical assistance for law firms. Work assignments
will include working with JEFIS technology staff developing new data
exchange standards, creating XML files, troubleshooting and correcting
attorney PCs, network connectivity and application issues. Provide
email and
telephone technical support to the law firms and counties in reference
to the JEFIS application.
The selected candidate(s) must possess a Driver's License valid in New
Jersey and will be required to travel statewide, (travel expenses will
not be reimbursed by the State).
Senior Application Developer/Analyst(s) will initiate contact with
existing and potential efiling firms about the JEFIS, .NET system and
be available to answer technical questions.Firms may seek assistance
in registering, obtaining digital certificates, downloading the AOC
smart client software, creating XML files, diagnosing
connectivity/system issues. The
Senior Application Deveoper must be able to follow up with the firms
to resolve and report any technical issues and work with the
appropriate AOC staff to resolve the issue.
The Senior Application Developer will work with the JEFIS Technology
Team to develop a thorough technical understanding of the application
and its components. They will assist with the technical implementation
and technical support of the application for e-filing attorneys.
This position requires selected contractors to travel around the
state. The Senior Application Developer/Analyst(s) will need to
evaluate attorney applications and report back to the firms any
deficiencies.
Minimum Five (5) years experience in Client/Server Development Tools
and Languages; .Net.
